We offer support for both diagnosed, and undiagnosed young women - please choose your support pathway below...

Undiagnosed

If you suspect your daughter may be neurodivergent but are facing long NHS waiting times — or feel her needs are not yet fully understood — our PARS (Professional Assessment, Report and Support) framework offers structured assessment alongside therapeutic support.

This pathway helps build a clearer picture of her strengths, challenges, and neurodivergent profile, while also providing practical strategies and emotional support during what can be a confusing and uncertain time. It is designed to support understanding, not label prematurely — and to provide meaningful guidance while navigating the diagnostic process.

Diagnosed

A diagnosis can bring relief — but it can also raise new questions. Our post-diagnosis support pathway is designed for young women who already have a formal diagnosis and would benefit from ongoing therapeutic guidance.

This work focuses on helping her understand what her diagnosis means for her identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life. Sessions are neuro-affirming, age-appropriate, and paced carefully — building confidence, regulation skills, and self-understanding in a safe, supportive space.
