24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or move a session. If you do not allow this time then you will be charged full price for the missed session.

Each client is different and the issues they are experiencing can impact them in different ways too, therefor each individual length of therapy/coaching can be different.
All sessions are fully confidential.
Information would only ever be shared in specific circumstances — for example, with a GP, or (in the case of clients under 16) with a parent, guardian, or relevant professionals involved in their care. Wherever possible, this would always be discussed with you first and your consent sought.
The only exception to this would be if there were serious concerns about safety — for example, if someone were at risk of harm to themselves or others — in which case appropriate steps would be taken to ensure protection and support.
