Our Adult Workshops

Below you’ll find details of the adult workshops currently available. Each page offers more information about the focus of the session and what you can expect.

Workshops are delivered online on Monday evenings from 6pm–9pm. Each session lasts three hours and is priced at £10 per person. Upcoming dates are shared regularly on our Facebook page.

These sessions are open not only to women seeking personal understanding and support, but also to parents, partners, and family members who want to better understand and support someone they care about.

Workshops are informative, accessible, and grounded in lived and clinical experience. They offer practical insight, shared understanding, and professional guidance — helping you build knowledge, confidence, and compassion around the topics explored.

We are always open to feedback and ideas. If there is a workshop topic you feel would benefit the community, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Heart Gesture Moment

I'm Neurospicy -What's Your Superpower?

This three-hour workshop is a supportive, eye-opening space for women who are diagnosed, exploring diagnosis, or questioning whether they may be neurodivergent. Together, we unpack how autism and ADHD often present differently in girls and women, explore the impact of masking and misdiagnosis, and replace confusion or self-doubt with clarity and understanding. Grounded in both clinical knowledge and lived experience, this session offers validation, practical insight, and a chance to celebrate the strengths of a neurospicy brain — rather than seeing it as something to fix.

Sleeping Woman Resting

When “Coping” Stops Working

This workshop is for women who look like they’re managing — but inside feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or on the edge of shutdown. It explores how burnout can develop gradually, particularly for neurodivergent women who have spent years masking, adapting, and pushing through. Together, we’ll unpack the hidden signs of burnout, understand the nervous system’s role, and explore practical, compassionate strategies to reset without shame. This isn’t about doing more — it’s about learning how to function sustainably, with your brain and body in mind.

The Weight of a Word

This workshop explores Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) — the intense emotional response that can follow perceived criticism, exclusion, or failure. Particularly common in ADHD and neurodivergent women, RSD can fuel anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, shutdown, or explosive emotional reactions.

Together, we’ll unpack why rejection feels so overwhelming, how past experiences amplify present triggers, and what’s happening in the nervous system during those spikes. You’ll leave with language to understand your reactions, strategies to regulate emotional surges, and tools to rebuild confidence without hardening yourself.

You’re not dramatic.
You’re wired for depth — and we can work with that.
